By booking your child at space a Phonics with Robot Reg class you agree to acceptthese terms and conditions.

By enrolling in Phonics with Robot Reg Classes you are agreeing to take full
responsibility for the safety and behaviour of your child throughout the class and
whilst arriving and leaving venues. We ask that you supervise your child closely
throughout the class. Children gain more from the class if they are supported and encouraged. Please refrain from browsing your mobile phone and chatting to other parents until the end of the class.

All our sessions are created to be fun, high energy and educational. We use props throughout the class which will require supervision. Phonics with Robot Reg franchisees or class leaders does not assume liability for the health and safety of your child.

No place at a Phonics with Robot Reg class is guaranteed until payment for the
terms fees are received. Fees are paid via the online booking system.

Refunds
A course or event maybe cancelled provided you inform the franchise within 7 days of booking the course. If you decide, once you have started the course, that you no longer wish your child to attend we will not give refunds or credits.

However, you may offer your place to a friend as a gift provided you inform your
class leader but no monetary alternative will be given.

Holiday
Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays due to the needs to ensure continuity of service. You may offer your place to a friend to attend a session you know you are unable to attend. You would need to inform your class teacher.

Cancellation
If a class is cancelled by “Phonics with Robot Reg” we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative. If this is not possible a refund will be given.

Photography
Photos and videos may be taken of your own child during the classes but please ask permission if any other child is in the photo/video. However, if the class leader finds the amount of videos excessive you may be asked to stop. Much of the content is under license and while we are happy to use class ideas at home and share on social media it cannot be incorporated into another public activity without our permission.

Bad Weather
Phonics with Robot Reg franchisees and class leaders will endeavour to run classes during bad weather e.g. snow / ice. However, should we need to cancel due to safety concerns we will notify you via social media, email or text message.

Loss/Damage
Phonics with Robot Reg cannot accept any responsibility for loss/damage of
personal possessions during or after our classes.

Phonics with Robot Reg has full Public Liability Insurance and all leaders have
enhanced DBS
